De accommodatie ligt centraal gelegen in het centrum, echter wel direct aan het spoor wat veel lawaai geeft. Het personeel spreekt geen Engels en lijkt voorkomende problemen niet in te kunnen zien.
Zo hebben wij 3 keer aangegeven dat onze kamer stinkt naar de lucht van het riool. De laatste dag was het zo erg dat we hier echt niet meer konden zijn. Er werd alleen met een luchtje gespoten en er werd geen andere kamer toegewezen (welke wel allemaal leeg waren).
De douche was koud en deze hebben ze ook nie

This hostel was a great place to stay for Machu Picchu. They had a place we could leave our bags after checkout and the staff was so kind and wanted to help us answer all of our questions.
