Stayed for one night on our way to Bangkok. Clean, comfortable and close to the bus station and downtown area. Staff were helpful.

Perfect for a stop over on the way to the border as it is just a short walk away from the bus station, making it easy to get connections to other cities as well as the temples in chiang rai. Short walk from night market. Bizarre reception full of cats but we were into it. The private rooms were an absolute luxury compared to other budget hostels. Very very quiet, didn’t see on other person around although we did visit in the off season.
