Cheap but not worth it. The room was mold stained and musty. The bathroom window was into the store next door. But the worst part was the common area/ bar was right outside our room and the noise made sleeping challenging.

Good location right on Calle Real. However, the facilities are not great. There is no light for the room, so the dorms feel dark and grimy. The bathrooms are on a different floor. The common space and facilities don’t feel very clean. Not many organized tours through the hostel.

Soa is a great hostel!
The location is crazy, in the main touristic street, just by the stairs to the Mirador, with all of the restaurants, bars and shops.
The social environment is super fun, the staff is extremely kind and professional, and there are live music shows.
It's not quiet if you want to sleep before 1:00, and the dorms don't have a lot of space, but the beds are comfortable and it's always clean and very cool :)
