The people at the service desk don’t speak english, so if you have questions and want recommendations it is hard for them to help you. Besides that, the hostel is clean and quiet (except the animals 😋) Good place to rest from a long day exploring Sapa.

We stayed at Flaco Hostel and it was a great experience. The room is very clean and spacious. After we got back from our trekking trip, we got to stay in the room till 6 pm even though the hostel was fully booked for labour day. We wanted to change last minute the night bus to day bus, and he fixed everything for us. Nothing was a problem. The owner brought us to our new hostel and picked us up the to bring us to the bus and waited for us on the bus. Recommend staying here, good location!
