Great hotel, quite central but not the best location as metro stop is about 20 mins away,and also the sites. Staff were absolutely amazing. They answered all our questions, they ordered takeout for us(when we couldn't find a restaurant because of ashura),the woman even helped us with our clothes (it was our first stop in itan). Breakfast was also very good and beds were comfortable.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The staff is so helpful and the beds are confortable. The place itself has been renovated and looks very cute. There were many other guests and yet it was very quiet. For us it was the ideal place to stay and we loved the bite at the restaurant (thanks foe rhe veggie options).
