Stayed for 2 nights. Slept really good. Privacy curtens are nice, Mine was a bit broken. Lockers are large enough. AC in rooms, but in the common area there was a window always open so it was so hot in those areas (not pleasant). The kitchen I would not call it a kitchen. There are just 2 microwaves and a fridge and it was messy. Nice spacious bathrooms, enough showers and toilets. Owner was really friendly and ready to help.

The hostel's location is a good starting point between the ferry/bus terminal and old town.
The hostel itself seemed a little more messy than expected from the pictures, but still suited perfectly as a youth hostel.
If you find hairs in the (female) showers, don't blame them but the previous guest. ;-)

Quite a walk to the old town, about a kilometer. There is a bus though, if you feel lazy. The people working there, were very nice and very into exchanging stories with the guests. Bonuspoints for cleanliness, and the best showers (excellent water pressure). My only negative might be the very squeeky beds, bit noisy. But all in all, this might be the best deal in dubrovnik.
