I really wanted to rate this highly but we were treated so rudely. We were told that we had to go out and buy our own toilet paper at 11pm at night once the half a roll they had provided had run out. We checked out and left our bags at the hotel until our night bus and when we came back they literally kicked us out - we sat outside on the road and got changed and sorted our bags. If you’re on the website you need to act like a hostel where it’s normal to be able to leave bags and use the bathroom (of which there was none by the pool). The owner was really rude and when I asked him to speak a bit slower in Spanish he rolled his eyes and spoke the same. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable and the pool area is fine but there’s a lot of improvement needed in making people feel welcome. Would never return.

Good, Kenny very friendly and helpful. No hot water for showers a bit of a drag. Also, mosquitoes get into the room, possibly through gaps in the door. Although they do offer coils to keep the critters at bay.

Very clean, nice breakfast. Within few minutes walk to great restaurants and parties, very secure.
