The receptionist was very unfriendly and didn’t felt welcome at all!! I had booked 2 beds in 1 dorm. She wanted to give us 2 beds in 2 separate dorms. Didn't think she knew the system, she wasn’t helpful at all. After much hassle we left and booked another hostel. Very bad experience!
