Booked through website and got the confirmation, but when we got there, they said we had no booking. This seems to happen more often. Also had no bathroom (shower) to make use of untill the next morning, when one of the other guests had left and when we got to make use of that roomâ€™s bathroom. Breakfast was good ($2.5) and the woman serving it was friendly. The hostelâ€™s located in a nice neighbourhood out of the centre. Wi-Fi wasnâ€™t working.

On arrival no water in the shower, which seems to have been a water supply issue in Leon as opposed to the actual property. However, on check in, was not informed of the situation or given time frames on how the water outtage works. Lady at check-in asked for me to write down my debit card pin number so she could charge my card mayer as she was having problems with the machine, found her to be rude and unhelpful. Room was basic as expected, little ventilation and lack of communal space.

The location is a bit off the center but we didn't mind the walk at all, even at night we felt safe going back to hostel. The rooms were hot though a good fan made it better after a few minutes. If you plan to get groceries only the top part of the fridge kept cold, so little groceries at a time and should be great. By all means the best part are the people! Everyone is extremely nice, very helpful! Even if it means staying up untill 3am (our shuttle ran an hour late) to greet us good bye.
