General Group Booking Terms
By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.
- In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
- Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
- Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
- It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
- Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.
Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions
The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 2 weeks prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.
The following group types are not accepted by this hostel: Stag/Hen/Bachelor Party If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel."
Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Terms and Conditions:
Cancellations made before 14 days of the check-in date may be cancelled free of charge.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the total booking(s).
No-shows will be handled as a cancellation made within 14 days of the check-in date and will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the total booking(s).
Booked rooms will be held for check-in until 06:00pm on the scheduled check-in date, unless a late arrival has been arranged, after which the booking(s) will be deemed cancelled/no-show and Grand Sunset Gili Air shall be entitled to release the booked room(s) for the remaining stay dates to other guests.
No refunds will be provided for the cancelled/no-show booking(s).
The earliest Check in Time: 02:00 PM
The latest Check Out Time: 11:00 AM
If you fail to request a late check-out time and check-out beyond your stipulated time Grand Sunset Gili Air reserves the right, without further notice, to charge an additional one (1) night's stay at the then prevailing room rate or remove your belongings into the luggage storage facility and deny you further access into the room.
Grand Sunset Gili Air shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings as a result of the action(s) taken.
Luggage storage is available only for guests currently staying with the Hotel to store their luggage or other personal belongings before check-in or after check-out.
The maximum storage period is one (1) day, Grand Sunset Gili Air reserves the right to dispose of any luggage or items not claimed after the maximum storage period allowed.
If guest requires further assistance with storing their luggage past the maximum storage period, this can be arranged with hotel staff.
You use the luggage storage facilities at your own risk.
Grand Sunset Gili Air will not be responsible for loss of or damage to luggage or personal belongings.
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay.
Grand Sunset Gili Air reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered as a result thereof.
Grand Sunset Gili Air further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.
Out of concern for all of our guests, each hotel room has been deemed as a non-smoking room accommodation.
In the event that a guest smokes or permits smoking in one of our units, a 'smoke elimination fee' will be posted to the guest account upon check-out or processed as a late charge should the violation be noticed after the guest has checked out.
Smoking is allowed where ashtrays are provided.
Right to Refuse Accommodation
Grand Sunset Gili Air reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons
• The booking has been paid through fraudulent means
• The booking has been altered by anyone other than Grand Sunset Gili Air or Grand Sunset Gili Airs authorized agents or has been
tampered with or defaced (in which case Grand Sunset Gili Air reserves the right to retain such booking documentation)
• The person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking
Grand Sunset Gili Air further reserves the right to ask you to leave the Hotel and remove your belongings from the room immediately if we shall, in our sole opinion, deem that you have used the room in an irresponsible manner or in a manner that will compromise the safety of, or cause damage and/or harm to the room, the Hotel premises, the other Hotel guests, staff or any other persons or the reputation of Grand Sunset Gili Air without any compensation and/or any reimbursement to you.
Limitation of Liability
Grand Sunset Gili Air is responsible to provide the room(s) and Add-On's stated in the Booking Confirmation(s) and according to these Terms and Conditions.
We do not accept any liability for failure to provide the services contracted or any of them due to circumstances beyond our control.
Grand Sunset Gili Air is not in a position to guarantee Guest's safety against events including but not limited to accidents, death, natural disasters, flood, riot, theft, or even acts of negligence.
All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and Grand Sunset Gili Air will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any activities or services booked.
Grand Sunset Gili Air will not be responsible for loss or damage of property left in Guest's room and/or the Grand Sunset Gili Air property during Guest's stay.
Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injuries and money/valuable belongings.
Conflict of Language
If there is any conflict or discrepancy between the English text of these Terms and Conditions and any translation thereof, the English text shall prevail.
