General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 2 weeks prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Perdida de elementos o menaje propiedad del hotel: en caso de pérdida de algunos elementos o menaje dentro de la habitación propiedad del hotel se debe tener en cuenta su valor monetario para el hotel por consiguiente tiene un importe agregado.

Olvido de objeto en el hotel: Las camareras tienen la obligación de registrar muy bien las habitaciones y cualquier elemento o prenda que encuentren cuando el huésped a entregado la habitación, se debe seguir con este protocolo. Como Hotel, estamos obligados a guardar cualquier elemento o prenda que los huéspedes hayan dejado por olvido por 30 dias, como también a informarles telefónicamente de esta circunstancia. Los objetos de valor y prendas olvidadas por el Huésped y visitantes se resguardarán de la siguiente manera: El trabajador que encuentre alguna prenda o elemento de algún huésped o visitante, en cualquier punto o área del hotel, deberá de manera inmediata entregarlo en la Recepción, para que determinen de quien es. En el evento que se sepa a quien le corresponde el elemento y aun el huésped o visitante siga hospedado o esté dentro de nuestras instalaciones, se le guardara para posteriormente hacerle la devolución correspondiente. Es importante llamarlo y comunicarle que se le guardo dicho elemento.

Políticas de mascotas: las mascotas son de acompañamiento sentimental o de discapacidad, debe ser tamaño tipo tacita de té, tiene un recargo de 40 mil pesos por noche, debe traer con sigo cama de la mascota, no se debe dejar a la mascota solo en la habitación, se debe dejar en recepción un depósito de 100.000 en caso de daños que sean causados por la mascota.

Les recomendamos realizar el pago del 50% por medio de un corresponsal bancario (PAC), la App, o por transferencia electrónica ya que por estos medios el Bancolombia no nos genera un cobro por operación, si la realizan por medio de un cajero electrónico o en taquilla del banco nos generara un cobro adicional por la operación de 13.000 aproximadamente el cual debe ser asumidos por usted.

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Amaranthus is a countryside hotel where you can find a swimming pool, a bar-lounge where guests can spend time together, parking, restaurant, as well as large green areas where you can enjoy a close contact with nature. We also have playgrounds for children to have fun.

Amaranthus Hotel is located at Km 111 of the Medellín-Bogotá highway, after El Llanerito restaurant. We are close to Rio Claro and Hacienda Nápoles.

In Amaranthus we have 20 rooms which are equipped with air conditioning, plasma TV, private bathroom and satellite signal.
