The nearest airports are: Leonardo da Vinci" in Rome Fiumicino and "A.Vespucci" in Firenze Peretola.
Once there, you can easily take a train or rent a car. With a shuttle train from the airports, you get directly to the train station in Rome and Florence, and then just follow the directions below.

If you want to rent a car, once out of the airports, follow the directions for the A1 Firenze-Roma motorway, then follow the directions below.

By train: From your departing station, take the first train to Arezzo and then the first local train to Cortona-Camucia station.

By car: To reach Cortona driving on the Autostrada del Sole highway (A1) (both northbound and southbound), exit at the Valdichiana toll-gate and get on the Siena-Perugia speedway, direction Perugia. Get off the speedway at the Cortona-San Lorenzo exit. At the stop sign take a right turn and keep driving direction Cortona, drive past Camucia and follow signs for Cortona. Climbing up the hill, go along after driving past the Cortona town-limit sign, keep driving about 500 m and arrive in P.zza Mazzini, turn right into the Colonia gate, and after 200 m. (via Dardano n°6) on the left you will find Le Gelosie.
