Our luxury apartments are ideally situated for family holidays and golfers alike.
Duquesa Golf is an attractive, well-established urbanization, which is within walking distance (900m) of sandy beaches, as well as the lively marina, shops and numerous restaurants of Puerto de la Duquesa. The apartments face tee 8 of La Duquesa Golf. Other golf clubs like Valderrama, Sotogrande & San Roque Club are within a 10 minute drive.
The apartments are fully equipped and newly furnished to provide style and comfort for up to 4 persons, with one double and one twin room. There is one bathroom and one en-suite, both with bath and shower. The living area and the dinning area seats 6. The kitchen comes complete with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, iron & board, toaster, coffee maker and juicer. The apartments are centrally heated, with laundry facilities and maid service can be arranged if requested.
All apartments have marble floors throughout, air-conditioning, intruder alarm, wall safe, etc. On the splendid terraces you can have breakfast or dinner enjoying terrific views of the Mediterranean Sea, golf course, the large communal swimming pool or the beautiful gardens. Our Luxury penthouses have private solariums with hammocks and shower for sunbathing with privacy.
The apartments are situated facing the tee #8 of Duquesa Golf and at only 950m from the lively marina of Puerto Duquesa with its shops, small cafes, restaurants and bars, and accompanying golf club and hotel.
The town of Estepona is only 10 minutes by car and Gibraltar is just 25 minutes away. Everything is here, if you are looking for the attractions of Marbella and Puerto Banus, they are a mere 15-minute drive away.
If you enjoy swimming in the sea, you have unspoiled and beautiful beaches only a five minute drive from the apartments. Because of the lovely climate and relaxed way of life, it is an ideal place for longer holidays throughout the year. Open-air activities can be planned for any time of the year, with little possibility of weather problems. You can also engage in a variety of nautical activities such as sailing, windsurfing, deep sea fishing etc.
