Coming from the center of Coimbra

After crossing the Santa Clara Bridge, turn left at the "Largo da Portagem" and continue forward on Emidio Navarro Avenue until reaching the traffic lights which are next to the Train Station. Enter Fernão de Magalhães Avenue and continue on this street for approximately 250 meters at which time you will be able to see the Almedina Coimbra Hotel on your left-hand side. In order to enter the park next to the Hotel, continue on Fernão de Magalhães Avenue until reaching some traffic lights. At this point, continue straight on, on your left, for an additional 200 meters until reaching the first roundabout. Go around this roundabout and then double back.

Coming from Coimbra South

When on the A1, exit at Coimbra Sul and continue in the direction of the "Centro da Cidade" (city center) by taking Prof. Mário Silva Avenue. After crossing the Açude Bridge, turn right on Padre Estêvão Cabral Street and continue. This will take you to a roundabout on Fernão de Magalhães Avenue, where you need to turn right in the direction of the "Centro" (center) and continue until reaching some traffic lights. Pass these traffic lights and continue forward on your right. After approximately 150 metres you will see the Almedina Coimbra Hotel on your right.

Coming from Coimbra North

When on the A1 or the IP3, enter the IC2/EN1 and continue in the direction of Coimbra. Exit in the direction of the "Centro" (center) and continue until reaching a roundabout with traffic lights. Pass the roundabout and go straight on, on your right, and enter Fernão Magalhães Avenue. After passing a second roundabout, continue straight on until reaching some traffic lights. Pass these traffic lights and continue straight on, on your right, for approximately 150 meters. The Almedina Coimbra Hotel is on the right.
