From the airport or the EN1, entering Vilanculos, turn right on the main T-Junction (where you will see the Barclays and BCI). Facing the Mercado Municipal, turn left, then second on the right. When you see the ruin on your right hand side (you can't miss it), turn on the left toward the beach, we are down there!
